“I called Scott Niehaus when my A/C quit cooling. He could have easily convinced me to purchase an entire new unit as mine is over 15 years old. Instead, he performed relatively inexpensive repairs, added Freon, and told me I may get another 3-5 years of good service out of it. I don’t believe most contractors would have done that. I’d definitely recommend him to family and friends.”
