Scott and Lance are amazing. About 5 years ago, one of the big AC “service” companies tried to convince me to replace my 1996 Trane HVAC. Fortunately, I found Niehaus AC, and that old system is still running. When it needs work, I call Scott, and he or Lance arrives within an hour or two and gets it going again. I’m always shocked by the level of service they provide — and to top it off, they’re just really nice guys.
